Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, text, images, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline extensions.

5. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be detailed in your specific project proposal. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with subsequent payments tied to project milestones. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LimeGreen Web Designs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
